Ladybird doodle of the day

A few years ago we had this awful fiasco. A bottle fell off the counter and a miniscule glass shard got into her eye. An Emergency room visit, many dollars, a week of eye drops (and lucid dreams)every 15 minutes and a neck cone later, she was all healed up. And they told me I was a fool to undertake this task, they claimed she was better off in a cage getting drops from penn vet students, strangers (to the tune of $800 a day). I think she healed up quicker and happier with mama tending to her in her own own bed:)
